Who We Are

Aim Behavioral Health has been serving the Ashland Tri-State community since 2014. treatment-resistant depression and opioid dependence.

For depression that hasn't responded to traditional antidepressants, we offer Spravato—an FDA-approved treatment that works differently and often faster. For opioid dependence, we provide medication-assisted treatment with options like Suboxone, Sublocade, Brixadi, and Vivitrol. We also provide comprehensive psychiatric care for anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and other conditions.

Our practice is led by Dr. Manish Parikh, board-certified in both psychiatry and addiction medicine. That dual expertise means we understand how depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction often overlap—and how to treat the whole picture, not just one diagnosis.
